While my experience was not as bad as others I am very disappointed with my latest order. I believe this is my third order and my experience has been great until now. I went on to purchase one shirt and decided to buy more, including 3 stickers that were on sale. A couple of weeks later I received my order and one of the stickers was not in the package. I went back to look at my order confirmation and the sticker was there, but when I pulled up my shipping confirmation it had been removed. I reached out to Customer Service and they just said that the sticker was no longer in stock and I could pick another sticker for $3.99 or get a discount code for $4.29. I went to the site and realized none of the stickers were less than $4.99 and most were sold out. So, I told them I would take the discount code and expressed that it seemed pretty shady. I just received my discount code which is for $5 and it expires in 60 days. Needless to say, I will not be using this code and I will not be placing another order. It is a shame the service has diminished so much!
