I also was inadvertently charged $19.95 TWICE, two days apart in late February 2024. The method of securing membership is sneaky, and takes advantage of people UNKNOWINGLY. This is not the Christian way. I loved the t-shirts, and would pay more for them. If you wish to have members in your community, then you need to be CLEAR and UPFRONT, and not sneaky. Many people don't know how to navigate their way "OUT" of the membership. I have called multiple times, texted once, sent email from the link in your website, and sent emails multiple times from my own yahoo account, and have yet to be REIMBURSED as requested for two charges of $19.95, and have my membership(s) cancelled. One can not cancel on the website. The process of cancelling is as hidden and the process of membership. It is no wonder your phone number is so busy all the time, and people trying to cancel can not get through. Love your merchandise, love the mission, but clean up your business practices to be clear, open, honest and easily reversible. What would Jesus say? Until these changes are made, I won't be making more purchases.
