Kerri is the most outstanding customer…
Kerri is the most outstanding customer service representative that I have spoken in many, many years. She is the epitome of how one should treat their customers. Frankly, I was amazed that anyone today would be so helpful, kind, professional, and go “above and beyond” to research what I was seeking. We need more people in this world like Kerri. She is the epitome of what a customer service representative should be. She should be recognized for her talent, and promoted! I had no idea that anyone still provided this type of excellence in service these days! Hooray!
