Darren Zahn and Triple Crown are serious pros
Darren Zahn is one of the best service professionals I've ever worked with. He is thorough, helpful, friendly, takes initiative, and lets nothing slip through the cracks. I've never had to nudge him: he's always prompt with follow-up, and lets me know right away if if there are ever any delays or supply issues. I've ordered T-shirts and Polos for my company, and will be working with him in the future on hats and more.
I reckon the religious and patriotic overtones in their marketing material speaks to much of their audience; so be it. I'm glad I overcame my initial apprehension, as the service and product is excellent.
