A Ghoulishly Pleasant Experience. UPDATED
Last month when I was looking to get a gift for a friend I came across this site through Google. They have one of the most cutest looking bat plushie I have ever seen and just had to buy it.
The overall process was quick and easy, there wasn't any conversion fees during checkout, which was nice since I was shopping from the UK and a tracking number was provided.
Everything went smoothly, until after a long time and the item never showed up and the courier stopped updating the tracking for a long time.
After getting touch with Vampriefreaks, they quickly resolved the issue and sent out another package shortly after.
And after a very very long wait(because Australia), my friend finally received it in the post today, she was really happy with what she got and the quality of it.
I do especially love how they write their messages. My personal favourite was in the shopping basket reminder email at near the bottom "Unfortunately, we had to stop taking human sacrifices as payment".
Not a goth myself, but I do love goths and would definitely recommend you take a trip to their store, especially if you're after some cute goth plushies.
UPDATE 20/01/2024: Dropping my rating by one star over this recent experience with VampireFreaks. So come tomorrow the reward points that I have saved up will be expired and disappear into the void and I will have lost a $10 off voucher worth of points because the redeem feature has suddenly gone missing in the rewards tab just days before my points are due to expire and I have tried emailing them 2 days ago and no response.
Now even though it states that you can earn 1 point per $1 spent but that doesn't apply to buying gift cards as I tried to do that to extend the expiration date on my points.
