Definitely NOT RushOrder Service
I needed 24 shirts. Simple design. All black logo. I figured I would give this company a try since it’s verified and USA based. I was given a delivery date range of May 23-May 29. Which was perfect because I needed them for June 3. I hadn’t gotten any updates. No communication until May 29th when I received an email that my order shipped. I then find out that my order won’t get here until the afternoon of the 3rd which is the day I need them. No emails about anything being delayed. And customer service couldn’t even help me because they had to escalate my issue. I was told “you should’ve paid for expedited shipping” well I would have done that if I had known they weren’t going to arrive within the delivery window. No acknowledgement. Beyond disappointed. Hopefully someone gets back to me soon so I can be refunded. will NOT be using this company again.
Update: customer service manager did get back to me but only after I posted this review. I was told “if we offer you a partial refund will you change your review?”. So that tells you enough about that. I still wouldn’t recommend this company. If you use this company, you HAVE to pay for expedited shipping or else your order could be delayed way outside the delivery date range. I feel like that is not transparent and honest business.
The customer service manager did issue a partial refund. While that was much appreciated, I urge this company to open a clear line communication with its customers to let them know when orders are delayed.
