So Disappointed
I have being dealing with Rush Order Tees for the past 10 years. I place multiple orders during the year. Generally, I hadn’t had any issues until this past year. Their lack of customer service and support to remedy their mistakes has left me very unsatisfied and looking to find another company to do business with.
These are the reasons behind my dissatisfaction, first order I wanted embroidered, they assured they could do it and then the rep claiming to want to save me money switched my order to print. They offered a discount instead of giving me the order the way I wanted it.
Second order I ordered jackets for my crews. The sizes were incorrect. Again a discount but if I wanted the jackets printed in proper sizes I had to pay for a new order again.
Current order I ordered v neck and got crew. No I didn’t mistake or overlook the preference selection, I simply hit reorder with the rep on the phone with me as I’m placing my order.
This is thousands of dollars being spent throughout the year for 10 years. They’re going to loose a loyal customer.
