First let me start off by saying "Thank You" We hunted high and low to find the best person to create a ring for our engagement. We went to every store, website etc. We are research maniacs. I spoke with Michael on the phone and immediately was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of our budget and what we were looking for. He took as much time as I needed and always was available to help with advise in making the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I placed him on an impossible time constraint in producing this ring as I had a date in mind and as a typical man waited to long. Michael assured me that he would do his very best and I can tell you he went above and beyond to make an amazing thing happen for us. My soon to be wife couldn't be more happy with the final product and I could not be happier with the amazing service and care that you placed on this for us.
