Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. Layla helped me with the buying process for my engagement ring and ensured it got here before my wedding date. I was weary buying a diamond online after being sent a fake diamond ring from Natalie Diamond prior to Yadav. I was sure to get the ring Yadav sent me tested for authenticity. When I asked a local jeweler if they had a diamond tester, they immediately said that they didn't need one to know that the ring on my finger was real. It's not like they even held my hand and looked at the ring, either! They were several feet away from me and could tell that this ring was not a fake! That made me incredibly happy. Just in case though, I took it to a Kay's jeweler and had them test it and of course it tested as diamond. I will go to Yadav for all future jewelry purchases.
