Awful company. Screams scam.
Awful company. Should have known better than to order from them but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Sent items which do not resemble the listing on the website, terrible quality and fit, and so poorly made. The seams are split.
Contacted customer service for return instructions and told the same as what others have reported - 10% refund. I pushed back asking again for return items. Still no. Apparently my reason doesn’t meet their return requirements. I’m wondering what their return policy does cover when they’ve sent me faulty items which don’t resemble the website images.
I will be taking this to my bank as a dispute. @LMC don’t bother replying to this review with the same stock response you have used for the rest of the negative reviews.
