This online shop is a scam!!
Delivery time says 7-10 working days but it took over three weeks to receive the item.
Was told (via email conversation) that I was able to return the items due to the late delivery.
Been emailing back and forward with the company for about ten days know and they still refuse to send me a refund or return label or even a return address.
The package came in a plastic sealed pouch like something you’ll get when you by something from a cheap market. However they claim that they only use recycled materials for all their packaging.
The list goes on and on…
I have reported them to Trading Standards and will not give up my case.
