Elly was amazing
Elly was amazing! I saw one of Buchroeders’ vintage LV handbags on FB and messaged Elly to inquire on the price; she responded within minutes, and although that bag was out of my budget, she sent me a pic of a bag that was not only well within my budget, but was the size and style I was looking for, she even offered to bring it to my office for me to view in person! Long story short, two hours later I was standing in Buchroeders sipping a mimosa and buying my bag. I cannot recommend Elly or Buchroeders enough; exceptional customer service, beautiful bags, and Elly is like a ray of sunshine, I think she was as happy for me as I was about my new bag. I will never buy a luxury bag anywhere else. Happy, happy customer!
