I could offer a lot of suggestions.
I could offer a lot of suggestions.
1) I had to wait about 35 minutes on the phone line listening to awful "music" in order to get someone to take the order.
2) the names and numbers of each item being sold do not stay on the screen long enough to get them written down.
3) the quality of the phone line connection is clearly substandard with insufficient volume and sounds weak, so I had to keep asking the man to repeat things.
4) the items on the TV screen go away before you can clearly get their names-- the names of the stones are not usual ones (like quartz). They are ones with lots of different letters, many consonants, and therefore take more time for a person to write them down, assuming you have made the selection. by the time you make the selection, the information is gone from the screen.
The office called me after this review was put out and they listened and are reviewing these issues and addressing them. The young man with whom I spoke seemed to be amenable towards addressing the issues I had identified and they will review the ideas to address the issues that I described to improve the services.
