Where do I start
Where do I start. If I could leave less than 1 star review I would. I had to call customer service 6 times to get a reference # to return my Dyson, which is still under warranty, for repair. Twice I took the number and label into UPS store, and UPS couldn't find any such #. They were willing to ship it, but were going to charge me $56 for a shipping box, after Dyson said UPS would provide one. And Dyson refused to let me talk to a supervisor. They finally told me, on Call #6, that they were "upgrading their system" and were having problems with the reference numbers. The first time I called, I was on hold for 28 minutes before a rep came on. The 6th time I called, I was on hold over 35 minutes. All the times, I was consistently put on hold. And the reps were typically very difficult to understand. What HORRIBLE customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. I finally got my husband to make up a shipping box (I was NOT going to pay $56 for a box@!). I can't even imagine how long it will be before I get my vacuum back.
