Will never buy Dyson Product anymore
Will never buy Dyson Product anymore. Worst customer service! I received a wrong item for limited edition airwrap. I mailed it back to them. I took 6 different phone calls and being on hold for over 45 minutes each time and 5 days to obtain shipping label. Item was received in the warehouse 2 days after mailing it. I was told by an agent at first that I will receive my refund within 2-3 business days. Called again, I'm on day 21 and haven't received refund so I called again. I was told by agent that I will have to wait because Dyson's policy is 2 months refund. Agent confirmed that they received it in the warehouse. After asking her when they received the item she doesn't know when they received it. She asked me the UPS tracking number and when I told her to repeat it to me, she said the system erased it. What kind of game were they playing!!! I'm beyond dumbfounded and unamused by their customer service!!! Worst one ever!!!
