Worse customer service especially with…
Worse customer service especially with using the "hassle free warranty". It's been over a month since I contacted dyson to replace my v8 absolute after it broke. Have spent NUMEROUS hours trying to get ahold of them (good luck with phone calls, good luck with the chat). Maybe if I had hours to wait on hold I could talk to someone. Half the time "no one is available to chat". Email them? Maybe a response in a week. Meanwhile still waiting for the replacement as the hair from 2 dogs and 2 cats pile up. Was looking forward to upgrading to the new dyson gen 5 but now going with another brand
