If I give zero stars I would
If I give zero stars I would! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to exchange my blow dryer for over six weeks. It was a year old and under warranty. It’s impossible to get any customer service representative on the phone and with the chat I was told I could exchange it. But another month went by and I never got a label. I have emailed them I have sent them direct messages via Facebook and Twitter. Finally after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they did send me a label - the day after I mailed it back , I got an email that said the dryer for the exchange is out of stock never buy Dyson products!
