Deep Cleaning Cycle Malfunction
I changed 3 Dyson purifier humidify+cool formaldehyde products in 3 months. How Does? It all started when I put my machine, which had just completed its first month, into a deep cleaning cycle. The cleaning cycle finished but the screen got stuck and I couldn't get it to work again. When I did not get any results after my online conversation with the service, I sent the product to the technical service. When the problem could not be solved, they sent a new one, but this process took exactly 1 month. I ran my second newly arrived product in the deep cleaning cycle to test it and the same problem. Again technical service and unresolved malfunction. 3. I had the same problem with my product and now it will go to technical service again. In short, I got into a dead end cycle. I think the serial is faulty. I wish quality control, testing, etc. had been done more properly before leaving the factory.
