I would never have imagined that a high end brand Dyson would have a horrible customer service. I had returned my Dyson vacuum back in Sep 2023 and they still have not processed my refund as of today 1/12/24. After going through 10 representatives with an estimated wait time of at least an hour for each call, it still has not been resolved. They said that they will manual refund the money to Affirm (the third party I financed with) but that was not successful. Affirm reported to my credit added negative report that was not my fault. I will never make another mistake of buying Dyson.
