Great customer service and hassle free return with great communication
I had a great experience with customer service.
My Dyson broke and I still had it under warranty, I contacted Dyson via email and they said they would send replacement parts, however then those parts were out of stock. I contacted them again mentioning the issue to them and they immediately helped solve the problem by telling me to send the vacuum back with all the accessories.
They were very kind and understanding and made the return process hassle free.
The Dysons are a little pricy but the customer service was great on my behalf.
