Impossible to get a hold of customer service and after you do you can't get the return label no matter how many times you call or email
My husband bought the Dyson fan as a Christmas gift for me. After it arrived late and he had to scramble for another gift at the last minute we decided to return it as $500 is not a small amount of money. He had to call the Dyson customer service 4 times with the 75 min wait time each time, emailed them, contacted them via chat, still no label although promised 3 times. They gave a reference number saying we can send it back with it , we wasted time going to UPS with it only to hear that we need a label!!!! It's been two weeks, still no label and we are extremely frustrated with this experience.
