I'm giving two stars because the actual equipment (when it worked) was amazing! But I only had my vacuum for 1 month before it completely broke. I've now gone so long without being able to vacuum my house.. it's so disgusting. I immediately filled out the thing on the app to get a replacement and was never contacted. Then my partner tried on their phone and we were never contacted again. We saved up for this vacuum and were so excited to use it, and couldn't be more disappointed at the complete lack of accountability here. Their phone line is an answering machine, plus we are out 400 dollars and have zero ability to clean our home. Normally I wouldn't post a review but I'm literally doing this as a last ditch effort hoping that this will make them reach out to me finally.
