Replacement- no longer available! Warranty changed from 5 years to 2 years!
Called Dyson last week because the motor and LED timer is faulty on my V11 TORQUE handheld stick vacuum. The problem was confirmed via video with Edward and I was told to return it to Dyson with their prepaid label for a new replacement since it’s under warranty. Today (hours before I was taking it to UPS to return) I receive an email that they no longer have my vacuum in stock and my warranty has been changed from 5 years to 2 years! How? Why? This is the customer service I get after spending an huge amount of money on a Dyson vacuum?
