Non-existant Customer Service
I have purchased and used 3 versions of the Dyson stick vacuum. Several issues have come up and most recently I was trying to contact them concerning the battery casing cracking on my V10. Normal use but the wall holder is obviously causing stress on the sides of the battery and broke off pieces of the casing. Sent 5 emails over 4 weeks and no answer. Chat is a labor as it seems that agents are non-english speakers and difficult to comprehend what they are saying in Chat. Phone calls - forget it. Tried multiple times but no success to actually contact with a human. Poor customer service from a "quality" brand.
