2 MONTH wait time for 1 item
I put in an order for one pair of pants on 4/14. I wait a few days and Midwest Workwear gets in touch with me to let me know it's been backordered to 04/26. That day comes and goes. I have to email them to ask what happened. They now tell me its been pushed back to 05/14. Then USPS decides not to deliver to my apartment (I know this part is the mail carrier's fault) and I have to go to the physical PO location to pick it up on 05/31. Two months of wait time is simply unacceptable; international orders take a shorter time period to reach me! It also frustrated me that they didn't alert me to the second backorder. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that this has to do with their supplier but if you can't keep your stock in check and the consequences reach down to your customers then you aren't doing something right. Will not order again.
