Comedy of Errors
I placed an order and over a week later I received an e-mail stating that the product was no longer in stock and the order would be canceled. Horrible, right? Well, it gets worse. Looking at my credit card statement 3 weeks later, I noticed that the transaction was in fact NOT canceled. I sent Totalprowellness an e-mail and did not receive a response. 3 days later, I reached out to them on Facebook and was promised that the monies would be refunded within 48 hours. 1 week later, no refund. I contacted them AGAIN, and AGAIN was promised that it would be dealt with immediately. 3 days later- no response or refund. I decided to contact my credit card company and deal with them to get my refund. BEWARE!
