The bars were sweet, but not overly sweet, chewy and soft. The size was a reasonable amount to take away hunger without making me feel full. I found it to be a great substitute as a dessert option or on the go snack when I am busy at work. The chocolate chip cookie dough reminded me of cookie dough batter, except it was more chewy instead of gooey. The chocolate peanut butter tasted more like peanut butter with a touch of chocolate similar to Cellucor's Chocolate peanut butter whey powder. The frosted cinnamon roll reminds me of a less sweet version of cinnabon. The cinnamon flavor was not over powering like pilsbury cinnamon rolls. The mint chocolate crisp reminds me of the "thin mints" cookies you get from girl scout cookies. The Chocolate iced brownie to me was like eating a fudge bar. Based on my observations from the various bars received, I find it could be useful to eat as a snack or dessert item to help save your cheat meals for when you need them while keeping your diet on track.
