Free Azlo account is too much to Pay
I opened an Azlo account about 3 months ago for my LLC. The main reason I opened it was to be able to do mobile check deposits. I put money into the account right away and began to use it. When I deposited my first check, via the APP, it took 5 days for it to become available in my account. According to Azlo, accounts over 30 days old should only have a hold time of 1 day. I researched how long a check hold should be, and according to what I found on a US government website, mobile deposits should be available the following day. In addition, they place holds on your debit card, even when the purchases do not go through. I currently have 3 holds, for 4 days now, for purchases that were rejected as fraud by them. Fraudulent, and never paid, but Azlo has the hold on the money anyway? When the merchant never received it? It’s very strange. For 4 days now I cannot access a sizable amount of money... and who knows when it will be available. I won’t be using this bank anymore. Customer service is non-existent as well. I contacted them 4 days ago about this issue and they have yet to contact me or resolve anything. It makes it extremely difficult to do business as a new company when I can never use the debit card (fraud every day!) or access the money for the business.
