Do Not Use Them. This experience was quite poor. After nearly 60 days since putting the property under contract & ordering an appraisal with Loan Guys, they still have not come thru with funding and the contract expired. I ended up making a cash transaction to secure the property while Loan Guys kept lying about when I could close. My first rep, Josh left the company and the second Josh wasn't as communicative. I had to call often to see how things were progressing because no one informed me of when to provide files. Files weren't verified until day before expected close then I was informed of more requirements needed. This could have been shared 30 days plus earlier had anyone bothered to review my file before the last minute. The second Josh Y continued to use appraisal delays as the reason for why they were uncommunicative and 3 weeks later still no word on completion of underwriting once the appraisal was in. I was lied to constantly on the length of the process such as appraisal, underwriting, and close date. Their advertisement on 12 to 14 day close is untrue. Overall I will never recommend this company for no doc loans due to the poor customer experience and no delivery. If you read the company's comments to these reviews notice their wording, 'Sorry you feel...' They do not take responsibility for their oversights & omissions, at least the reps I interacted with did not.
