After filling out information on Lending Tree and Rocket Mortgage, I was flooded with calls - truly an overwhelming amount. I was answering call after call with a whole speech prepped every time that lead to "Please take me off your calling list." Almost every single company I spoke with wouldn't even let me get a word in and as soon as I told them to take me off, they'd immediately hang up. When Eli Horwitz called and I started to explain my frustration with the calls, he instantly seemed genuinely sorry for the amount of calls I was getting - not even from this company but in general and one other company in particular I won't name here - and my prepared speech soon became a very friendly, comfortable, no pressure conversation. I had some general questions that he allowed me to ask and he gave as much information as he possibly could while telling him that I really had no intention of pursuing this right now, much less with him/this company, yet he continued to give me information and answer any and every question I had. I'm working with him now and he's just got me a pre-approval for my goal amount and I could not be happier!
