Your return policy sucks
Your return policy sucks! After buying two pairs of flip flops (which I really like), I felt confident to buy some sandals They were all way too big (I wear a 6 so I can't go down a size). In addition, the leather on two of them (women's thistle sandals) was of very poor quality and pokes into your skin. When I went to return them, I realized you would get most of the money I paid for them by charging me for the shipping costs and restocking fees. Hardly worth my effort.
