Xero takes no responsibility for their shipping mistakes.
Purchased two pairs of shoes. Xero shipped to the wrong address in different state. Contacted customer service and was told it’s the carrier’s fault, and I should contact the carrier. What a joke. I’ll be disputing the charge since I have no shoes and no resolution from the company.
Edit: customer service verified I gave the correct shipping address so I’m not sure what would be “changed”.
