Great custom jeweler
Brian Gavin Diamonds makes great jewelry. They offer pretty much anything you would want, but they can also create a completely custom design. I've bought off-the-shelf items and I've created a custom engagement ring band (with several features from several different bands). Their customer service is great too. If there is something you want that you don't see, just ask, and they will make it custom or find it quickly through a supplier.
