I started looking at the BGD website after looking at others. I first did a little research on the 4C's to determine what were the most important factors in picking an engagement ring. I then started looking at various websites and settled on Brian Gavin because of there selection of Hearts and Arrows Signature diamonds. I came to the conclusion that cut was most important to me so I started there and adjusted the other factors until I could meet my budget. I settled on a 1.25 carat, I, VS1 round. The diamond is absolutely stunning!! The sparkle is amazing. Never seen a ring sparkle like that. I was a little worried at first about buying online as I had a several questions, so I called and got an real person (Emily). Very helpful. She helped me with selecting a diamond and setting. Even shipping was a concern as my fiancé and I were traveling while they were making the ring. When it was completed they shipped it overnight Fedex to a local Fedex office in the town we were staying and I picked it up the next morning. She said "Yes". Life is good.
