I was looking to order a couple of items from Power Meter City, including Powertap P1 Pedals. I was having some small technical issues so sent an email to customer support at 10:15pm. I had expected a response the following day but Josh got back to me within 3 minutes, resolved the issue, and the pedals and bike computer were ordered the same night.
