Friendly, fast service
I knew what I wanted to order but the gentleman on the phone (I forget his name) went through the 3 different types of pedals they sell. I was thinking about the one of them, but then he explained a possible "negative" and that persuaded me to stick with my original purchase. Very friendly, very honest, which I appreciated. Fast service, west coast to east coast in 2-3 days. Awesome!
