I ordered 10 inner tubes for my bicycle. I tracked delivery online and it was delayed for a few days from the initial forecast. When the package finally arrived, it was damaged. The 10 small cardboard boxes, each containing one inner tube, were packed in a plastic bag that was broken and open. All 10 boxes inside the bag were crumbled and damaged to some extent, but the contents of the boxes still look usable.
Obviously, the post office damaged the package. I'm sure the package was intact when it was shipped. But perhaps you should consider an alternative method of grouping and packing orders such as this.
