Exakt Dual Look SRM pedals..Power Meter City no help for return of nonconforming product
I purchased Exakt Dual Look SRM. The left pedal would not hold a charge, or calibrate. I contacted Power Meter City for return/exchange. Unfortunately, Power City was of no help. Told me to contact the manufacturer even thought it sold me the product and accepted my money.
