This is absolutely the best company I have ever dealt with hands down. First of all, they answer the phone when you call. I worked with Nick and he is so knowledgeable and nice.. I ordered a bike online and Americas Bike Company had the best price after I had been searching for it for two weeks. Their shipping is reasonable and he promised me it by a certain date since we were leaving town and taking the bike with us. As it turned out the shipment was held up by the manufacturer and Nick offered to over night the bike to me at their expense! (I was blown away) The shipping was more than the bike cost. After we chatted a few times he offered to ship it to a bike shop in the city we were traveling to and have them assemble it for me. This was not by any means an expensive bike, but Nick made me feel like their biggest and most important customer .. They honor their word and standby what they told you. I will buy all future bikes thru them and recommend them to everyone..
