Detailed knowledge of the bike and its components
I was impressed by the amount of detailed information Folsom Bike's employees knew about the bikes and their components. Any question I had were answered quickly and accurately and with an example of why it mattered. The end result was a bike fit for me, my riding style and budget. Thank you.
