Flatbike was extremely helpful with all aspects of the purchase of my Change bike frame. I am not a bike builder, so building a bike from the frame up was a challenge. On several occasions I turned to Flatbike for help. A few "problems" were just rookie mistakes, but Bob at Flatbike still went out of his way to get me passed the problem. It's not always easy to find a bike shop that will work with you after the purchase. Flatbike came through with flying colors. Now I have the folding bike I've always wanted.
