Be careful ordering to Canada This review is on my website and ordering, the product is great. I ordered from Canada. I switched to the Canadian website with the pop up from the website and paid in Canadian currency. I got a header saying I unlocked free shipping at a certain amount spent so increased my order, only to be charged $33 in shipping. When I noticed this I emailed to switch the address to my US PO Box or cancel so I could order to the USA. I emailed immediately after ordering, but was advised this was not possible “Unfortunately, I will not be able to update your order as it is already in process.” When I received the order G-Form put the wrong price on the Value form for customs from what I paid. I paid $138 CAD, but the customs form said $286, so I had to pay an additional $18 in customs and duties. If it was labeled correctly as $138 in value it might not have even been flagged for duties, saving me the $9.95 handling fee as well. I suggest if you have access to a us PO Box to ship there to save on shipping and unnecessary duties and taxes. If I had noticed the value being wrong I would have refused it, but unfortunately I had my littlest kiddo home sick with vomit so was just trying to sign and get back to taking care of him and didn’t notice until later the value was off by almost $150! I spoke with CBSA, they confirmed I should have only been charged tax on the price I paid, not the Full retail price before discounts/sales. I need to submit a B2G with my invoice to be refunded for the mistake made on the paperwork.
