I don't usually do reviews but here goes. Plain and simple, these guys are pro's! There is a reason why other places come and go and it is obvious at Folsom Bike. I made an appointment online as I had a race coming up and needed a tune up and some new tires. I showed up for the appointment a little after opening time. The man at the service counter put my bike up on the rack immediately and thoroughly looked it over. In addition to the tune up and tires he noticed a couple other items that needed attention. Also unsure of what tire I wanted to go with we talked about what I was looking for and he made a recommendation. I didn't feel rushed through so he could get to his next task instead he patiently explained my options. He gave me a reasonable estimate for professional work and promised my bike before closing that day. A couple hours before close they called that my bike had been complicated. Everything was as promised and the bike and new tires felt great!! With some businesses these days customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not at Folsom Bike!! I will continue to take my bike to Folsom Bike and recommend others do the same if you want it right. Thank you also to the guys in the back that worked on my bike that I never met, you guys rock!!
