My experience with Flatbike has been very pleasant overall. Due to the high sales volume in late Jan 2021, it took a couple of weeks between ordering and actually receiving the bike. When I ordered the bike I left a note to Flatbike praising the color coordination, and the Flatbike went out of its way to satisfy my need. I am very grateful for that. Packaging, shipment tracking, and delivery were all excellent. I waited several months to give this review because I wanted to ride the bike a few more times before commenting. The bike rides great, and the folding mechanism works very well. If you read the blog in Flatbike's website, you will see that their bikes were developed with considerable thought, testing, and checking. (I bought a "Century road bike"). I think Flatbike offers high value considering the quality of the bike (high quality components & light-weight package), the easy folding mechanism, and price. I have not yet used Flatbike's technical support, but I heard that it was great from other reviews. Overall, I will definitely recommend this company to others!
