Flatbike (Bob) gets my highest recommendation.
From customer service perspective, Flatbike was extremely responsive, and went out of its way to make choosing/purchasing my bike an informed and effortless experience. And after using it for over a month now, I can safely say that the bike has exceeded all my expectations from a quality perspective as well.
