Saved me some headaches
I was ordering some new parts for my drivetrain. I had assumed SRAM sold the bashguard tabs in pairs, but they're sold as singles! Dave gave me a call to clarify whether I had intended to order only one and allowed me to adjust my order before it was packaged and shipped.
Absolutely love the proactive customer service!
