Great Customer Service and fast Delivery
Package was delivered withing 2 days via DHL from California to Canada (Ontario) and pre-questions with Power Meter City answered efficiently without delay. Only problem is outside Power Meter City with the transportation companies, not just DHL, as they just drop the package in front of the door, take a picture but don't even bother to ring the door bell. They don't need to wait, just ring the bell. Knowing this I checked the porch about every 3 minutes on delivery date. I have written to DHL asking them to make appropriate changes to their delivery policy and they thanked me and have forwarded my suggestion to the their Head Office. Hope, at least DHL is making a policy change as now-a-days there are too many porch pirates.
