Exemplary customer service from Lauren!
Lauren's customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. After ordering originally through a partner platform (Expertvoice), Lauren was able to help initiate a return, refund and then subsequent replacement, honoring the partner discount. I couldn't have asked for more, where she communicated quickly and thoroughly at every step. It's given me a stronger brand impression even before I've used the product, exemplary service!
