While I have supported her business in the past, she does NOT stand behind her customers when she is at fault for send them the incorrect color. Her policy states return or store credit but all that "policy" does is rip off the customer when they are NOT at fault. She ruined what would have been a special occasion for me by sending a completely different color than what i asked for/we agreed to to the tune of $600. Terrible business practices. I asked for a style of dress in a ROYAL BLUE color. She sent me a picture of the sequin color and fabric. It was perfect and I signed off on it. Instead of what I ASKED and PAID for, she sent me the dress in LIGHT TEAL! I was FURIOUS! It's not the color I asked for. She knows what color ROYAL BLUE is because she has it listed as a color for another outfit on her site. She keeps saying store credit or exchange but I do not wish to do business with a company that can't admit to making a mistake. Instead, she blames the customer and scams them out of their money. I want a refund. This situation warrants that because SHE made the mistake, not me. To be clear, the style of dress is beautiful which is why I picked it. She sent a completely different color than what I asked and spent my hard earned money for... ($600.00). I attached proof but I know she's going to delete this review.
