I really wish I would have read through Trustpilot, BBB, and other sites concerning this business. To make a long story short, I ordered a custom jumpsuit in July 2023. The website indicated that all orders are started soon after ordering and could take 14-28 days for processing. I was fine with that and was even willing to wait 60 days. At the end of September 2023, I emailed the business and the response was short and made me feel as if my order had been forgotten. Needless to say, at the beginning of November, I contacted the shop again via email to cancel the order since it had obviously not been made yet. The shop refused, so I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). At that time, I noticed the shop was rated an "F" and there were numerous complaints against the shop. UGH!! After telling so many untruths in their responses to the BBB and 6 additional weeks, I received one part of my outfit in December and main part arrived January 10, 2024 (won't get into condition of package because perhaps the carrier damaged the package, but I have my doubts). The main part was the wrong color. I don't know if I am more upset about the lengthy wait and wrong jumpsuit or the fact that the shop actually started off unresponsive and then turned to lying in the responses to the BBB. Anyhow, I do plan to take them to small claims court on principle alone.
